Brant formed Losinski Law in May of 2020. Brant’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on real property, condominium and homeowner’s associations, businesses, and municipal and governmental agencies. He also has extensive experience in litigating landlord/tenant matters, property disputes, contract law, corporate and non-profit organization related law, and issues of environmental law.

Brant also brings experience from his former career as a college composition and writing professor, which helps to enhance and articulate his communication with clients, colleagues and the courts. Before rebooting Losinski Law PLLC, Brant worked at Pentiuk, Couvreur, and Kobiljak PC, as a counselor and attorney, as a staff and supervising attorney in litigation for Lakeshore Legal Aid of Detroit, for the City of Detroit Law Department as a senior assistant Attorney in Corporation Counsel, and as well as several law firms in Ann Arbor and Alpena, Michigan, which focused on litigating complex cases in property and business law.

Brant is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan, and Eastern Distric of Michigan Federal Bar. Brant earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, a Master’s Degree in Composition and Rhetoric from the University of Michigan-Flint, and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State Law School in Detroit. At Wayne State Law, Brant was the Judge Philip J. Glennie Law Student Scholarship Recipient in 2018, and the American Indian Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan Scholarship Recipient, in July 2019.

His experience in the field of law also includes internships with the Great Lakes Environmental Law Center in Detroit, the Environmental Protection Agency, the ACLU of Michigan, and has conducted significant research in Federal Indian Law, and Native American related congressional legislation. Originally from Alpena, Michigan, Brant now lives with his family in Ann Arbor, and is an avid outdoorsman and college football fan.
